A recently retired Bradley® instructor with over 15 years of experience as a Bradley
Method® Natural Childbirth Educator, 5+ years of Doula experience, and countless
hours of breastfeeding and postpartum counseling, Beth Youmans is committed to
empowering women and their partners in the field of Natural Childbirth. "I have found
my niche in the Natural Childbirth Community offering those couples who are unable to
attend a 12 week Bradley Method® course with a condensed natural childbirth class or

Beth and Lloyd Youmans are blessed with 3 amazing children ~ 1 in College, 1 in High
School, and 1 in Elementary School. All three were brought into the world with patience

We desire to educate, empower, and encourage couples to have the natural
birth they long for ~ to go for it with confidence! Our belief is with: The right
tools ~ education and relaxation. A positive attitude ~ "We can do this!" "I can
trust my body, it was designed to give birth!" And, excellent support ~ prenatal,
labor, and postpartum; the majority of women are able to give birth naturally!

| It is my privilege to come along side first time moms and dads to nurture, educate, and empower them as they navigate their way in their new role of parent. I am equally privileged to help families as they introduce a new baby to older children and the existing family system. It is my sincere hope to encourage, transfer confidence through education, and strengthen each family I am blessed to work with.
